Our first time dealing with this branch of Edwin May...we had fantastic service from start to finish..nothing was a problem...def reccomend!!!

The main entrance is easy enough to find, but once you have squeezed your car between the hundreds of cars for sale, finding something like the service desk is almost impossible. We were sent all over the property, down one ramp, up another, and each employee we spoke to sent us somewhere else. We wasted half an hour doing this, only for us to finally discover that the service desk was in the same area that we had first entered, and finally, for them to show no interest whatsoever in our problem.

Its my second car this time new Passat, very happy with customer service before and during a sale, but dissapointed after sale, had one 1 issue which i noticed after couple days, then because had few visitors from abroad i forgot so reported after 1 week, but VW Edwin May try say someone should noticed this , so they try blame me was my fault not them , not happy at all, so gonna report this higher. Update: currently VW promised fix issue, will write update. As promised Vw Ballymena replaced part, thank u very much :)
