We dealt with Emily, fantastic customer service, she was thorough and helpful and warm..made the process easy and enjoyable and kept us updated all the way..excellent representation for your comany and you should treasure staff like that.. The showroom feels far to cold and clinical..theres zero warmth to it, doesn't encourage you to stay or be inspired..

I’ve done van rentals here repeatedly in the last year and it’s always smooth and easy to sort. Peter is great to work with and reassuring when first attending!

I travelled from Belfast to see the car in the exact spec I’d been looking for. I reserved it online on the Saturday but couldn’t get over to view it until the following Friday. Georgia kindly held the car for me without any pressure to come sooner or commit to buying it. I also loved that there was no pressure around finance etc like some other dealerships I had been to, and I got a fair price for my old car. Georgia was really informative when test driving / showing me features. After test-driving the car, I ended up purchasing it. As it was still awaiting its MOT, Georgia arranged to have it delivered to me at no extra charge and to collect my part-exchange at the same time. I couldn’t fault the service at all, would highly recommend this dealership and Georgia was lovely to deal with. The man who delivered my car was really lovely and went through everything again with me. Thanks 🥰 - I am just editing my review to say that I had a small issue after the purchase of my car and the whole team sorted it quickly with no issues- thanks again :)
