Edwin May Portadown used cars in Craigavon

The whole experience from changing our car was very slick and sorting out a small problem handled impeccably. Andrew (Sales) and Stephen (Service desk) are very professional in their respective roles. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Appalling! Just off the phone with the service department as the car they have serviced for the last four years and fitted two steering wheels for is still displaying multiple faults . Last steering wheel fitted 11months ago. Said the car was out of warranty and they would charge £114 to diagnose the problem and then i may be liable for cost of repair. I have already given them multiple opportunities to fix the problem and just asked for the courtesy of asking them to look at without any additional charge but no consideration was shown . Bitterly disappointed that no consideration was shown

Dealt with a warranty repair efficiently, even though car was a UK import purchased in Dublin.

We recently bought a car from Belinda, very helpful and professional. We are very pleased with our purchase and how we were treated .

Still waiting on a response to a very bad service. Paid for a service plan and what I was left with was a dangerous car that should not have been on the road. I have left it over a month with a few emails and yet to have a response. Ended up having to bring my car to a different mechanic who told me my car should not have been on the road. Now in for the long hall with a service plan which I pay monthly for, ended up getting a new car with Charles hurst and can’t even move my service plan over to my new car either, wish I never went near Edwin mays
