Edwin May Volkswagen Coleraine used cars in Coleraine

An enormous sincere thank you to Edwin May Coleraine. Our car had been serviced two days ago , by our local dealership. Today we travelled from Belfast to my daughter’s house in Coleraine. When we arrived we noticed a puddle of oil underneath the car and more drops leading into the driveway. My husband was naturally concerned and called down to Edwin May to buy some oil. He mentioned what had happened and the staff offered to have a look at the car. They immediately saw there was a problem. They kept the car , gave my husband a lift back and a few hours later had the car repaired and we were able to continue our journey back home Can’t thank them enough for an outstanding professional service. Many thanks. Lynne & Jim Hamilton

Only stopped by here very quickly about an hour before closing time as I wanted a quick look at a car I had seen online. A member of staff was quickly out and made themselves available and offered help and even a test drive even though it was close to closing time. They weren’t pushy, and gave a really good and friendly first impression. My next car is likely to be a VW and given the brief experience I had here I will call back.

Visited today and Megan was very nice and helpful and took us for a test drive. Good customer service. Thank you.

Having just purchased our 2nd car from edmin may in Coleraine , we had amazing sales executive Georgia Davis , sat us,down made the experience very pleasant. We were shown 2 cars that we liked , Georgia was very knowledgeable on all the cars , she is a real asset to edmin may.so thankyou Georgia.

Big thanks to both Leanne for arranging my new car and Morgan for the hassle free handover. Morgan's customer service was exemplary. He was professional, confident and courteous. He informed me he's only recently moved into the role and I honestly wouldn't have known if he didn't tell me. Very happy with the service from Edwin May and will continue to use in the future due to this experience.
