Trevor said “anything that wee car needs it will get “ Since then I learnt that Elite Autos hadn’t done any service on the car , (not even changing brake fluid) therefore warranty from Warrantywise was ineffective. My car was in and out of the garage like a boomerang… then came replacement of brake pads and discs which were totally rusted 3 months after I purchased the car . Within a year and approximately 10,000 miles engine blew up . Charming when they want to sell you scrap but once you leave the forecourt Mark becomes extremely rude and aggressive AVOID Disappointing that you can’t recognise that Warranty Wise Cover is only useful if the Dealer, ie Elite Autos can prove that they maintained their side of the agreement, ie serviced the cars prior to Sale, The BMW I purchased received an AirFilter at £20 ! Please read report from Warranty Wise regarding my vehicle ; have received Service History for your vehicle and there is no evidence of a Brake Fluid change being carried out. The Brake Fluid Services are condition based but should not exceed 24 month intervals. We would expect a minimum of 5 Services carried out due to the age of the vehicle Unfortunately your vehicle does not have the correct servicing as per the manufacturer requirements. We are therefore unable to progress your request at this time

Extremely friendly and personable staff. Very easy to deal with. Traded in my E class for a Focus RS and they ensured everything in the deal was absolutely seamless. Show room is an absolute toy shop and the guys were more than happy to let me look around the really high end stuff while I was waiting. VERY highly recommend.

Trevor and the team were absolutely amazing! We recently purchased a Audi SQ5 and Trevor was a great help (and good craic too) Chris got us sorted on the day we collected the car with no issues…very professional and friendly company who I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in the future

Great service throughout from Marky at Elite Autos NI. I first contacted Marky via eBay for a Subaru Impreza they had for sale and whether a deal could be done against my GR Yaris. Marky answered all questions and we agreed a deal along with pretty much everything I asked for with the Impreza (timing belt & full major service etc.). Car was delivered to my door in the North East. Very happy with the deal and support given.
