Emerald Car Sales used cars in Omagh

I recently purchased a used car with Paddy and Fianche. Both members of staff within Emerald Car Sales were very attentive, experienced, and caring as I navigated buying a new car from them. This is a process I have no experience in and my concerns were quickly put to bed. Paddy knew that due to the pressures of my job, I found it difficult to travel to his office and had arranged to meet me during my lunch hour some distance away from Drumquin to view the car that I eventually purchased. The car handover was conveniently scheduled on a Saturday morning which I thought was most helpful. It just speaks volume that both members of staff would go out of their way to assist you. Based off how positive I found this experience, I would not consider going elsewhere whenever I buy a used car in the future.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The sales team was knowledgeable and never pushy, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain every detail clearly. The entire process—from test driving to financing—was smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. I truly appreciated the transparency, honesty, and care they showed throughout. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer satisfaction, this is the place to go.

What an experience made so easy with the professionalism of Paddy and Fianche from start to finish. Attentive but not overbearing in any way. Smooth handover of cars full explaination given by Paddy about all aspects of the car. Even linked up my phone. Sorted out full service, stamped the book, tax sorted on the day, warranty and all documents came in a file to avoid anything getting lost. Nothng was an issue to them at all. Highly recommed them

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Emerald Car Sales. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond—treating me with genuine kindness, care, and a real sense of dedication. They didn’t just try to sell me a car; they made sure I found the right one. I ended up purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan, and I couldn’t be happier. What really stood out was how much time they took to ensure I felt informed and confident, answering every question with patience and knowledge. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, not just the sale. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, customer-first car buying experience
