Fiat Donnelly Mallusk used cars in Newtownabbey

Johnathan McMullan has to be one of the nicest car dealers in earth. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, and your dealership, for putting me into yet another Fiat 500L.

Great customer service and very helpful :)

Fantastic customer service from Jonathan McMullan. Extremely helpful and insightful from start to finish. New car picked up last week & I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Again!!

nigel was really helpful. he went out of his way to help us get a part for our campervan that we needed urgently in the same day. thank u!

I have asked for the complaints policy to be sent to me.It never was I was a customer for 30 years and will never return. We have both bought brand new vehicles over the years. I had waited patiently for a part for my car that I was told would be fixed with good will.It was a window regulator. An older man who did not introduce himself told me my good will was turned down and it would cost £580 to fix.I should have been warned prior to booking in my car and driving up.He made it sound so personal that I had no good will. We had been up to buy a new car for my Husband also.A dark haired sales woman was with him and when I walked out to explain the situation to my husband she interceded and said that's what you get for not buying the new car you were looking at We were both very upset and left . I had to phone 5 times before some called me back. The have never emailed the complaint form I requested.Shoddy rude ill manered service .I will go elsewhere. They do not care about long standing customers.
