Frank Gardiner Motors used cars in Craigavon

A great dealer, had the car we wanted at a good price and gave us a very good part exchange value on our car. I highly recommend this dealer.

I recently purchased a car from Frank. I agreed a deal over the phone as I live in the UK. I had never agreed to purchase a car over the phone before without seeing the car and test driving the vehicle first. However, there was something about Frank which convinced me to trust him to deliver on his promises. His knowledge inspired confidence. Upon flying to Ireland Frank arranged for me to be collected and taken to his dealership. The car was exactly as described and the works/service/valet were all completed as Frank had promised. His cars and customer service are excellent and Frank is one in a million. Honesty and integrity without compromise. I look forward to purchasing from him in the future. Thank you Frank. An absolute diamond in an industry littered with cowboys.

Terrible place to buy a car. We bought a car in October 22 after a week we noticed it didn’t sound right, took it back and it had a disintegrated exhaust and they had sold it to us this way. The owners exact words were ‘what do you expect from a second hand car’, they reluctantly fixed it and then fast forward a few months and our car now needs the whole engine replaced. I would not trust them or recommend buying from them at all.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional, untrained staff. The company itself is a shambles and couldn’t be managed any worse. Waited months for work to be completed to my car, constant rescheduling due to “management issues” On the day my car was finally to be repaired the cretinous little gremlin called “Alex” lied to me about only having automatic hire cars available (I cannot/have never driven automatic) When another member of staff corrected her and said a manual one was available she refused to make any form of apology for the delay and lies, furthermore she made it clear that “I don’t need to apologise to you, many customers are in the same boat” What a lovely attitude to have towards customers. Avoid this place like the plague

Recently purchased a vehicle from Frank. Customer service was 1st class, he definitely goes the extra mile to ensure that customer is happy with all aspects of the sale. Would highly recommend. A big thank you to both Frank and Sandra
