Zero stars Bought a car of these people, in May 2025, when I took the car for a test drive I noticed a service vehicle soon light on the car, I asked the sales man about it, he said the car was serviced and his computer couldn’t turn it off, I said ok. I came back the following week to purchase the car, with a 3 month warranty, all was good, then within a week the problems starting happen, I brought the car to my mechanic, put it on the computer and half a dozen faults came up. The ad stated it had a full service history, I looked for the service book, I couldn’t find it, went back in and asked for it, he looked for it, eventually found it, guess what zero service history, I should’ve walked back in and asked for my money back, but hindsight is a wonderful thing I went back to the car dealer to mention these and get them fixed, timing belt, turbo, brakes, horn and few other less important issues, he said send it to his mechanic, it sat there for close to 4 weeks, while I was told issues were getting fixed, the 3rd week I rang the dealer to see how the car was coming on, to be told car was ready, but I had already spoke to the mechanic prior to this and nothing was done on the car, I mentioned this to the dealer and he went silent, The dealer told me they don’t do timing belts, my car had 110000 miles on it, it suppose to be done at 100000 along with the other faults the car was not fit for purpose. Imagine if I had of drove out of their yard and the timing belt snapped, who would’ve been responsible I rang the warranty people, to see if I could get help fixing the car, asked for my details, guess what, the car wasn’t on the warranty list, I rang the dealer back and mentioned this, there was a bit of back and fourth, the dealer eventually added the car onto the warranty list, this was great, or so I thought, the warranty people said because the warranty was put on after the car was sold, they won’t cover anything wrong the car, only cover the car for warranty after the car was fixed I ended up paying to get the timing belt, horn and brakes done myself a sum of £480, as I needed the car, as the dealer refused to pay for it Now I’m gonna be out £1500 for a new turbo, oil feed pipes and actuator, sump filter and new oil, so a total for nearly £2000 out of pocket since I bought the car, don’t know how people can sleep at night treating people like this, Update 29th July 2025 I have the car at my own mechanic today, he just sent me a picture of a bodge job recently done on the car, not sure if it was done here or by last owner, but the weld looks very fresh, this is the filter in the exhaust that should not be touched, the car is still giving readings out for this filter, so hasn’t been done professionally, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, save your money, go to a genuine dealer
