After having the amazing customer experience 3 times in as many years I had to take the time to review Gormley Car sales. This time I had been searching for a Golf R for a period of time but hadn’t the time to drive around the country talking to and dealing with people I didn’t know. Called in at Gormleys and Met with PJ (Great Guy) Went into see Michael (Great Guy too) And told them exactly what I wanted and budget. Ok give us 10 days 👍 They did look at a number of cars in that period but none came up to the Gormley standard. Then 14 days after the initial visit Michael called me to tell me he had found the car passed all checks full service history the lot. And oh boy is it some car absolute weapon 👌 Just exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend The team at Gormleys now after 3 great customer experiences. I would highly recommend Gormleys - Excellent service, great communication and great customer experience. We called in and spoke with Eimear for a car for my wife - Eimear got us out in the car right away, give us all info, give us alternative cars to look at and helped us make the right decision. Purchasing process was quick and easy, everything clearly explained and written down - took time to go through any questions, no pressure, no rushing, no confusion - great rapport and customer service. I had been looking for a long time for the car I wanted. These little things were thoughtful and showed how much the team care for their customers. I am absolutely over the moon with my new Audi Q5. First class service from PJ and the whole team.
