Graham Motors used cars in Fivemiletown

Incredibly rude owner! Want to make clear that I have not purchased a vehicle from this company so can not speak for the quality of the vehicles on sale. I did however make contact to enquire about a van they had for sale. The van is currently for sale for £23,995. It was the exact spec I was looking for so contacted them and asked very politely whether they would consider an offer of £22,000 and stated that I would be able to collect the following day if they were open to that offer. They didn’t respond so I contacted again to check. I was given a very rude reply that said “0 point wasting my time”. I don’t consider offering just £2,000 below the asking price of a £24,000 van wasting somebodies time. I explained that I had full intention of purchasing it but didn’t appreciate the rudeness in that response. I also explained that this was just my first offer and I was just curious if they were open to negotiation. I would have likely purchased this van even at full price. I was then told by the owner, who I assume is a grown man “ if you have nothing better to do than insult people just go to your bed”. I’m in shock at the way he approached this, the way I was spoken to, and the fact that he has just lost out on potentially a £24k sale. Absolutely appalling behaviour towards a genuine customer with a reasonable offer who had no intention of wasting any time. If this is the owners attitude towards potential customers, I’d be very careful about purchasing any vehicles from this company as I should imagine any issues that arise after sale would be met with this same appalling and quite frankly childish attitude and behaviour.

I have passed this garage a number of times and their stock of Cars and Vans are impressive and Clean. Take a look yourself as you won't be disappointed.
