Jack Reid Cars used cars in Carrickfergus

Adam was very knowledgeable. He listened intentively, nothing was too much trouble. It helps having a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Adam didn't pressure us. We were given the freedom to view and test drive any of the cars before settling on the one we really liked. The purchasing of the car was effortless and handover was quick and easy. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and relaxed. Communication throughout was excellent. Thank you so much Adam, really happy with you, your service and your team at Jack Reid Cars.

I recently bought a VW ID.4 from Jack Reid Car Sales and couldn't be happier. Colin, the salesman, was brilliant from start to finish. He made everything quick, straightforward, and stress-free. What really stood out was how open and honest he was. No pushiness, just clear answers and good vibes. Loving the car and the service. Highly recommend Colin and the team.

Just picked up my 5 series yesterday. Very happy customer. Great deal on the car. Rob the sales person was very knowledgeable and made the transaction easy and stress free. As someone who previously has only bought from main dealers I can say that Jack Reid cars was a nicer (and much better value) experience. Thanks! Bill
