JB Autos Coleraine LTD used cars in Coleraine

Here’s a polished and professional version of your review: I recently purchased a car from JB Autos in Coleraine and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Upon arriving at the yard, Richard was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what type of car I was looking for, provided all the information I needed, arranged a test drive, and helped narrow my choices down to two vehicles that suited my needs and budget perfectly. The yard itself is clean, well presented, and offers a great range of vehicles, meaning there are plenty of options available for different budgets and preferences. If you’re considering buying a car, I would highly recommend heading down to JB Autos in Coleraine and having a chat with Richard. Excellent customer service and a very straightforward, hassle-free experience.

Bought a car from JB Autos in September 2025 and couldn’t be happier. The car has been brilliant and the service from James was top class from start to finish. He even picked me up from the local train station, which was a lifesaver. Absolutely highly recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

The best from start to finish. I visited these guys on several occasions waiting to find the right car, every single time they couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. The whole process of buying the car from start to finish was so easy and smooth thanks to them and the car is great! They have so many options fitting everyone’s style and price range. My dad also bought off these guys a few months ago and recommendeds them to everyone he speaks to. 11/10!

Car purchased had numerous faults that where detailed almost immediately after pick up, where extremely aggressiv, threatened that we'd need solicitors to get our vehicle returned, titally banked on us not knowing the law amd told numerous lies about how the law reworks with regards to car saleand refunds, tried to fob us off til finance agreement cooling off period was done to try force us to keep vehicle, basically had to be dragged kicking and screaming to reverse the deal in the vehicle that we then noticed was back up for sale before they had even refunded the money. If 0 star was an option that would be chosen, extremely rude, highly aggressive and horrible to deal with

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish with an excellent range of high-quality vehicles. Richard and the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. They made the entire car buying process smooth, easy, and stress free. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and superb service. Five stars all the way!
