Bought an MG3 with delivery miles, the car drives amazing . Whilst there was one hiccup the owner personally called me and made sure everything was sorted :) have to say they genuinely want to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase and will go the extra mile, thanks Colin and the owner (forgot your name sorry 😅)
This was our first time using JC Campbell Motors MG, and our first service with them. Although we did not buy our MG from this dealership, our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We are writing on behalf of my wife to express our sincere thanks for the time, concern, and support shown by the team. The mobile communications were prompt and effective, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The complimentary wash and vacuum were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The showroom itself is impressive and a pleasure to visit, reflecting the high standards of the business. Our MG has been fantastic, and the quality of service we received has only reinforced our satisfaction. We will definitely be returning for future services and purchases. Special mention to the lovely receptionist at the service desk-her professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our experience. The service was delivered exactly as promised: on specification, on time, and on budget. We highly recommend JC Campbell Motors MG to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again for a first-class experience.
