JJ Autos used cars in Antrim

This dealership truly stands out, the team was helpful and honest about the vehicles, providing all the information I needed without any pressure. I found a quality used car that fit my needs perfectly. The process was smooth and efficient from test drive to paperwork. Would definitely recommend!

I recently bought a car from JJ Autos. Jacob was a gentleman to deal with, friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the process. Everything was straightforward and hassle free, and I’m delighted with the car. I would happily recommend JJ Autos to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant buying experience!

I bought a beautiful Audi Q5 from JJs and honestly I have to say the experience was great from start to finish, very friendly, informative and went above and beyond for me. If you’re thinking about buying a car from this establishment, I would 100% encourage you to do so. I Would rate more stars, if I could. Thanks a lot guys💙

Bought a car 2 days ago in the ad was no information of faults with the car , after 24 hours there was squeaking from the right wheel , heavy steering and the gear stick kept bouncing out of second , so the ad was very misleading and after a trip to a mechanic the car was deemed as unsafe … I contacted Ben and he was ok at first had to slow drive it straight there from the mechanic , I paid over 900 and topped the oil up , the coolant , pushed side panel in , cleaned it and filled it with petrol. They was rude Jacob wow when picked the car up was a completely different person obviously got form for taking peoples money and then being different when they are wrong. Bullies and the customer service skills went out of the window and was trying to be intimidating and wouldn’t let me explain , then he was standing next to me and my partner staring at us and being so rude. They then thought it would be acceptable to give me less than half back I’d pay less for a hire car for two days. They have no understanding or care of how they affect others and the dangers of unsafe cars and very ignorant

If i could give this absolutely diabolical place 0 stars then I would! Jakob is a awful human being, bullies women and finds it acceptable to sell cars that are deemed unsafe, and when confronted about it thinks he can fob people off and over power females. If youre a woman id fully stay away from this place, or take a male with you because I can bet my life he wouldnt be so quick to intimate a male.
