Jonathan Henderson and his team were professional, responsive and friendly from start to finish. It was very apparent he actually gives a damn. I was given an excellent deal on a great car and all communication, whether phone or email, was swift and responsive. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to make a decision, something which other dealers lacked. He had the right balance, not making me feel forgotten either, checking-in when he could. The team made the exchange feel less clinical, and more warm and friendly. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed and treated well. It was my partner and i's first time in Northern Ireland, and we were given excellent recommendations by Jonathan on where to visit. A special shoutout to Jane for swiftly completing the paperwork and Daniel for the lift from Belfast. Bought a used BMW from JKC yesterday and can honestly say that it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Luke, the young salesman was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle was fully serviced, had a years warranty and breakdown cover, was valeted and had a full tank of fuel.
