JKC MINI used cars in Coleraine

Thomas was great to deal with. No question went unanswered and he made sure that the details were very clear and easy to understand. Even the trade in value was very good. I would certainly recommend him and JKC mini to anyone thinking of buying that sort of car in Northern Ireland.

I had a fantastic experience buying my pre-loved / new MINI. From the moment I arrived, Thomas Barkley JKC Coleraine was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made me feel under pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The car was presented in excellent condition, exactly as described, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing it. The attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Jason took time and patience to explain and show me how everything worked in the car. He even set my phone up which probably would have taken me weeks. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in delivering a great experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my MINI and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JKC to anyone looking for a quality pre-loved/new car and outstanding customer service. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.. Thanks Sharron🚙🚙
