⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Experience – Avoid if You Expect Proper After-Sales Support I purchased a Ford Tourneo from Kitted Cars NI, and unfortunately my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle has a clearly defective heated windscreen, but the dealership refused to repair or replace it, openly stating that it “costs too much money.” This is very concerning when you’ve just bought a vehicle and expect a dealer to stand behind what they sell. To make matters worse, this is the state the vehicle was returned to me in after they had it – absolutely filthy inside. The driver’s footwell was covered in dirt and debris (see photos). Basic care and respect for a customer’s vehicle should be expected, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. Throughout the process the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and every interaction felt like it was too much trouble for them. Customer service was extremely poor. In my opinion, this business feels less like a professional car dealership and more like a mechanics garage that flips vehicles. If you’re buying here, I would strongly advise being very cautious, particularly if you expect any warranty or after-sales work to be honoured, as that was not my experience. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend buying a car from here.
