Adam was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He made the whole process of buying our car so smooth, straightforward and stress-free. He is friendly, helpful and really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Lava Autos to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you so much for making our car purchase such a positive experience!
Top class!! First time using Lava Auto, Lisburn and it was a seamless experience from start to finish through Jonathan. My car was a very good price, in excellent condition and the knowledge and information provided by Jonathan was genuine and accurate. The home delivery was an unexpected yet brilliant element. Highly recommended!!!
I wholeheartedly recommend them! I purchased a LEXUS IS300h with home delivery. Great communication with Jonathan and complete professionalism. The whole transaction was finalized through WhatsApp, as I was worried I might not understand everything (English is not my native language), but it turned out I didn’t need to worry at all, since Jonathan speaks with a very clear accent, if I can put it that way! I absolutely recommend Lava Autos, and my next car will also be purchased from them!
Unfortunately haven’t had the pleasure to buy a car from the lads yet, but we were very close! Jonathan was an absolute gentleman to deal with and one of the top dealer’s we’ve ever contacted online about a car. He was super eager to please and answered any and all questions we asked of him in an extremely rapid manner. The videos he sent and the detail provided of the car was also super thorough and as good as being there in person. We hope to be back in the future to complete a deal!
Jonathon and Adam have created the ultimate buying experience in the premium pre owned car business. Their unrivalled professionalism in everything they do from the first contact to the very personal handover experience is a credit to them both. They have taken the used car business to a whole new level. Can't recommend lava autos enough.
