Lexus Belfast used cars in Antrim

A great buying experience with Lexus Belfast with the assistance of James. I traded in my Audi TT for a LBX and I haven’t stopped smiling since I collected my new car. I was able to decide what I wanted a few days after a demo drive and a talk with James. The showroom is relaxed and everyone I met was very courteous. I would recommend this dealer.

We bought a new second hand car from Lexus Belfast. The salesman, James, was very helpful and easy to deal with. We love our new car and the service from the sales team was very good. The whole process was very easy and all promises were kept. The car was ready on time and the handover went smoothly. A nice touch was the bunch of flowers for my wife and a good cleaning kit to keep the car and upholstery in good order.

Price of the car was competitive with the other dealers. My trade is was valued quite well. Negotiations on price was courteous and considerate. Upon collection the car was well prepared and the process was really nice. Car was explained with all the detail I needed and phone paired to get me on my way. Service was what I have come to expect from Lexus. I real nice experience. Good coffee to to be had too. Pictures of the car is after driving 80 miles on a winter motorway and the car was much nicer upon collection.

Excellent ! A very enjoyable experience from we first entered the showroom until we took delivery of our new car. A friendly and courteous welcome together with an offer of refreshments and a speedy introduction to a sales adviser. The adviser took time to understand our needs and preferences before introducing us to the model that best suited our requirements. A 24 hour test drive was quickly arranged and this gave us the opportunity to fully understand the car and make our decision. A second meeting with the sales adviser provided the opportunity to discuss costs and finance options before reaching agreement. Within a relatively short period of time we were taking delivery of our new car and the adviser provided a comprehensive explanation of the controls and functions. We have no hesitation in recommending Lexus Belfast for their friendly, professional and knowledgeable service.

We have recently bought a car from Lexus & are both very pleased with the car and all the up to date technologies it has. James was really good selecting the type of car that was the best choice for our lifestyle. Nathan was excellent and extremely patient in sorting the finances, charging post and insurance protection.
