Mini Clubman Estate is the car that we purchased a few weeks ago. We are based in Dublin, which means we had to obtain an Irish registration number for the car. The process was smooth and when we needed clarifications during the process, Luke was promptly to assist. The car is in excellent shape, all the listed added features proven to be as described. Beautiful car in excellent condition. Thanks!
Many thanks for your time and kindness when selling my Mum her first automatic car! She is delighted with it and really appreciated the great service you provided.
Very personable guy, with a genuine interest in cars, and very pleasant to deal with. Purchased a GS300 off him last week and I fully intend to do business with him when I next need a car. Gave me a fair price on the vehicle I traded in too. Very happy with the vehicle and the service, which can be very hit and miss at lower end of the market - Luke was very professional in his approach, a real pleasure to deal with. Bought another motor, RX400h off Luke in July 2022. Again, a pleasure to deal with. Bought an IS250 in Jan 2024, another excellent motor, the usual great service.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Luke was very friendly and forthcoming. He showed me detailed photographs of the car, the Mot certificate and he even allowed me to contact the previous owner. He even shipped the car all way from Belfast, Northern Ireland to Preston, England for a good price! I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase!
Bought a car 2 weeks ago from this dealer, never met him before and he did meet us on the side of the road so I was slightly suspicious. After taking the car for a test drive with my husband and deciding we were happy with the car and price we shook hands. After driving 120 miles in 2 weeks we had a major problem and the car needed a whole new exhaust back and front box. My husband rang Luke the dealer yesterday, he collected the car from Newtownards this morning, leaving my husband a car to use in case our car was not ready. He returned the car before my husband finished work and he had the whole exhaust fitted back and front brand spanking new. We are delighted to have dealt with this honourable and very trustworthy GENTLEMAN and will certainly be speaking to him first when we are looking to upgrade. Trustworthy so do not worry.
