Mallusk Auto Centre used cars in Newtownabbey

Bought a car from these guys delt with Neil great fella also the other fella can't remember his name was brilliant to deal with really went over and above to get things right. When they handed the car over it was very well presented and sorted. Was looking a car for a few weeks then I came across mallusk auto centre we can't recommend them any higher thank you for all your help..

Recently bought a Citreon C3 from Darren and couldn’t be happier car was super clean great customer service didn’t feel pressured or persuaded to buy just given real care and service so I knew I was getting the right car for me and my needs

I purchased this mercedes b class that's shown in the attached photos. The car was in terrific condition throughout and the spec it has was just fantastic and quite a rare sight on our roads. It drove brilliantly both on the test drive and on the way home after the purchase, but regrettably the next day problems began to arise such as the EML coming on and the car cutting out, but the worst thing was the complete loss of power whilst being driven for absolutely no reason. Unfortunately the decision was made to return the car for a full refund which they fully understood and did so without hesitation. The manner in which my wife and I were treated was second to none. Darren went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after during the short time we owned the car. He was completely sympathetic towards us and the problems we were having with it and that's certainly not something that too many other dealerships would do for their customers. They have a great selection of cars available and will treat you like an actual person whether you decide to buy from them or not, and I would highly recommend Mallusk Auto Centre to anyone.

Dealt with Darren at mallusk auto centre and bought a volvo xc40. Absolutely superb experience. He was charming non pushy and very informative. Fully recommend these guys not just for a bargain but for peace of mind. Keep these guys in mind when purchasing your next car very straight talking and not your usual old sales pitches cars are very well priced. I'll definitely be visiting these guys again. Recently purchased a Honda Crv from this dealer and was more than happy with the car and the ease of purchase and good price I paid with a trade in as well. Car came with 3 month warranty and was absolutely spotless on collection and I would not hesitate to buy again from this dealer... As long as my crv doesn't fall apart in the coming months I would highly recommend based on my experience 👍
