Mercedes-Benz of Portadown used cars in Craigavon

Brilliant service. The team are super helpful and professional. I had to wait for my car with two young children and the girls couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating for them

The customer service was excellent from every department. From the moment I entered the building the Agnew dealership team made me feel I was only person in the building. Tina and service team dealt with my issue with my mercedes there and then. The work was completed to a great standard and the cost was acompetitive one. Even though I bought my Mercedes from a different dealership I will be a returning customer to the Agnew dealership in Portadown!!! Oh the coffee ☕ and shortbread was fantastic too.

Recently booked my CLA in for service at Portadown. I waited whilst the car was worked on and was well looked after by all the staff. I was offered a coffee as soon as I sat down and the car was ready and cleaned in a very reasonable time. Servicing details were given to me and the car received a clean bill of health! Excellent customer service from all concerned. I can readily recommend the dealership to anyone.

Arrived for a routine service and was met and welcomed by my service advisor Tina who explained what the service would entail! I later recieved a detailed and professional video of my vehicles health check from the technician Ryan who carried out the service on my car which was very much appreciated! Tina, Ryan and everyone in Mercedes Portadown were excellent providing me with a very professional service! My car was delivered back to me in pristine condition after its visit to the valet bay!

Had the pleasure of visiting the Mercedes showroom in Portadown recently. It was a very positive few hours. I was warmly welcomed, offered coffee and met very attentive staff who listened to my needs, answered all my questions and were thoroughly professional. I had a test drive, was shown around the premises and was treated as a valuable customer. Both Darren and Melanie were extremely helpful and a credit to the Mercedes brand. I never felt under pressure to purchase and left a spotless showroom, well informed to consider my options and make a rational decision. Every impressed! A credit to Agnews and Mercedes
