Great customer service from 1st visit to collecting our new car. Sales executive Peter Tate was fantastic! Nothing was too much hassle. From viewing to test drive to fully explaining performance and car’s features and accessories. Great job Peter! Highly recommended!!
My wife and I visited Mervyn Stewart to have a look at one of the used cars for sale at their dealership. Pat was very helpful and professional showing us around and was able to answer the many questions I had in relation to the car! We were happy with the price on display and after a test drive, decided to purchase, based on our morning's experience there. Picking up the car was equally straightforward with all options clearly explained and valeted in advance. We were very happy with our experience there.
I changed my car at Mervyn Stewarts recently. I was very satisfied with the help provided during the process by Owen McAuley. He provided me with different options and he got me a new vehicle which suited my needs and at an affordable cost. Excellent service given. John 👍
Picked up our brand new car today at Mervyn Stewart from Peter Tate, an outstanding guy and a real credit to Mervyn Stewart. Peter made everything extremely easy and pleasant and was so easy to talk to. Accept no substitutes, Mervyn Stewart and Peter are the people to go to for top class customer service and a great deal. We will return. Thank you. Brian Lewis.
I called in today to get my brakes checked. After speaking to Megan Alister she got me sorted with my brakes. The bill was £370 but as i have only had the car less than 6 months, Megan rang the used direct to see if they would help with the cost. Said person said to Megan to ask your manager to see what he could do. Megan spoke to her manager and got it down to cost. I said i really appreciate that thank you. I was waiting for another 5/10 minutes which after Megan came to say its free today which i couldn't believe it. I stood lost for words and probably seemed ungrateful. I had tears in my eyes driving home i couldn't believe it. Megan is fantastic at her job and big up to her manager also i feel lile i have won the lottery. Thank you very much i do not posess better words thank thank you very much
