We recently bought a car from michael and I couldn't find a bad word to say. He was very helpful to my partner choosing her first car from test drive to after sale care. The car did develop a slight knock which other companies would try to wriggle out of and say its not covered by the warranty but michael got it sorted straight away. Will be using here again when time for an upgrade.

We live between a home in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean and our cottage in Cairncastle on the Antrim coast for at least five to six months each year. In addition, he and the firm are accessible at all times if there were any concerns and frankly speaking there were none, other than maybe ‘where do we turn on the lights on this car?’ - I should say we are an aging couple who are not technologically savvy and have a resistance to bureaucracy, so he performs a customized service for us. At the end of our sojourn in Northern Ireland Michael generously repurchases the car, collects it from our home site and carries out the necessary sale and transfers with no disruption to us. He is a most pleasant and extremely likeable person to work with, and communicates immediately when contacted. We could not ask for a better car support system than Michael and Joanne McBratney and McBratney cars.
