Last week I went to see Audi A7,paid 1000£ deposit a week before. Was very unhappy, car wasnt ready,had first test drive and wheels there not balanced,car was shacking, after test drive Mark done wheel balance,also over front doors on both sides was very bad rubber it looked awfull,also diesel tank filler flap was loose,I was told even by the owner it has to be like this,which is not,the owner was rude,saying like " this car is old" like what do you want). If you sell cars, cars has to be perfect if not sell brand new cars. So,my morning was awfull,I was driving 1.5 hours to buy this car which I thought I bought,also tyre pressure was loosing air, so guys tried to find this issue but all was good. Mark called Audi and ordered this robbers but the owner said he will not fix it filler flap. Well I thought ok. So,Mark said they have no log book,I said ok. So,I took this car and was driving home,but after 5 min of driving this noise started on the drivers side its like noise or vibration,so I stoped and call Mark, Mark said bring this car back,so I came back and the owner had test drive with myself in the car and he said all good, but on dashbord tyre air pressure came up) I thougt to myself what next .Another sales man took a car with me in it for a test drive is well and he said nothing is wrong with this and they have no mechanics because of holidays,so I had no more patient. He offered to see machanic for next week, or to pay me my depost back I said ok I dont want this car anymore. I said I am paying 19000£ for this car it has to be perfect but its not. Mark has apoligised but I mean almost I have spent 3 hours in this place and had nothing,so I came back home. Very bad experience,maybe because I am a foreigner... I dont know.. 35500miles car you would expect in perfect order but it wasnt,car even was not ready,sorry but true!!! Very bad experience!

Recently brought a Huracan Perf from Morgan Cars, and I can honestly say I received a fantastic service from them, the car was as described, service was faultless, they went above and beyond for me (I dropped my wallet when leaving and they came out and met me with it so I wouldn’t miss the ferry) Would highly recommend these guys. A massive shout out to every single person who works here. Just got this beautiful 911 Targa 4S from them and bearing in mind, I’ve travelled up from London, I was not disappointed in the slightest! Car was as described, if not better and Mark was friendly and helpful throughout, even when the funds didn’t clear on time. Would 150% recommend anyone making the trip here from wherever you are.
