NI Car Sales used cars in Craigavon

Bought a 2018 car from them and had a really good experience. Declan was patient, easy to deal with, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. After I drove the car home, I noticed the window trim seal was coming off. I let him know and he sorted it out for me straight away, no hassle at all, which I really appreciated. Overall, genuinely lovely people to deal with. I’d definitely go back to them when I’m ready to switch cars again. Great service, attention to detail, and just an all-round positive experience. Thanks again Declan! -Cheri Edit: 3 months now with the car, very happy with it, but noticed a leak in the boot, so brought it back to Declan and he sorted everything out for me in no time! Also helped to resolve some other issues that I was unaware of. Super attentive to detail and considerate, it's clear that they actually care about their customers. Thanks once again!

Declan, the salesman who helped me, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car itself has been brilliant, and well worth the purchase! It’s clear that customer satisfaction really matters here. I’d definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car.
