Northwest Quality Motors LTD used cars in Strabane

I recently purchased a car from North West Quality Motors and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. A special thank you to Martin, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made the experience stand out. I would highly recommend North West Quality Motors to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and honest, reliable service. Thanks again to Martin and the team for all your help! I will definitely be back in a few years for an upgrade🩵

Bought a BMW 520d from this place on 20th June. Martin was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Might seem a small detail but even the car having a good tank of fuel in it was pleasing as most dealers ive bought off when you pick the car up the fuel light is on! Appreciated this as the journey home was long. Car has been a dream so far just had a minor issue with the bumper but Martin kindly agreed for me to get it fixed locally and he honoured his word and paid the guy I went to. Nothing bad to say about this dealership and would recommend to anyone. Looking to upgrade the wife's car next year so who knows might come back here for the upgrade. Thanks Martin!

Recently bought a lovely Audi A3 Saloon off this crowd and I’m so impressed! The car is in such good condition and runs so so smoothly. Had a little problem and Martin sorted it for me straight away no ifs or buts which I am so thankful for. Highly recommend! amazing customer service. Would definitely buy a car off them again

Had a great experience purchasing my new car from here. Martin was a pleasure and so straightforward to deal with. He couldn’t have been more helpful or facilitating. The car I bought was immaculate and so well priced in comparison to other market values. Will definitely be back for my next upgrade in a few years.

Recently purchased a car from Martin and the experience from start to finish was excellent. As we were buying from ROI delighted Martin managed the VRT, NCT and warranty seamlessly and stayed in contact throughout the process . Would highly recommend Northwest and will buy again in the future .
