Pat O'Kane Car Sales used cars in Londonderry

My experience with Pat O’Kane was incredible from start to finish. The service I received was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Charly was especially helpful and went above and beyond, even helping to sort out my insurance. Her support and assistance were excellent, and I truly can’t thank her enough. My car was delivered in excellent condition — it honestly felt like a brand-new car. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Complained about us test driving cars we were interested in as "they'd need cleaned for every car you take up the road". Not going to buy a car I havent test drove, have never had issues in any other place I've viewed or purchased. We were younger than the other clients there at same time so, were overlooked potentially due to that. I was told my footwear was not suitable despite wearing the same converse I wear everyday? Weird comment. I went to your dealership a few years ago and didnt buy but customer service was good so came back when looking again as I remebered it being friendly however second time was fobbing us off, giving cheek and I wasnt impressed at all. Everyone has an off day but it was memorably bad for a sales company. EDIT: yeah I dont understand why I had that experience either, I'll call and can get you the exact date and you cross reference us being there on the CCTV if you dont believe us, might refresh you.

Once again Pat o Kane has provided our family with a beautiful car. I would highly recommend O Kane Car Sales for going that extra mile to satisfy their customers. We needed an 8 seater vehicle for our expanding family and it was no trouble for Pat and his team to source a vehicle for us. Thanks again to everyone in this Company for making us welcome. Pat made us feel welcome and didn't hurry us in anyway. 5 star with no problem and the wee car my wife bought is going great. Made it easy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks pat great service.

Recently bought @ Pat O'Kane & he was a pleasure to deal with in every respect . As previous reviewers have mentioned .... smooth & stress-free .... & if they say they will do something , I found they will do it .
