Had a brilliant experience at Bells dealershio Crossgar. The staff are excellent especially Kathryn. The welcome was second to none. Customer service was above and beyond and so delighted with my new car.
Just waited on the parts department for 30 minutes, then they cut off the call. Very poor. I have sent you an email, with a screenshot of the call log. 30 minutes in the queue. It was the parts department I selected. I started as 2nd in the queue. Must have been big orders coming in before me 🙄

We actually went with our 3008 for a software upgrade and we actually ended up meeting Stuart and bought a new 408 Peugeot Stuart was an absolute Gentleman and was easy too deal with so it deserves a 5 star.
