PL Motors Ltd used cars in Newtownabbey

Fantastic service from Paul at PL Motors! I recently bought a car from Paul at PL Motors as a surprise for my daughter’s 17th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. Paul was a brilliant, decent and genuinely trustworthy guy from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was fully MOT’d and also carried out an oil and oil filter change, giving me complete peace of mind that the car was ready to go. What really stood out was the extra effort he made to deliver the car to me the day before my daughter’s birthday, which meant everything was ready for her special day. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in looking after their customers. I couldn’t recommend Paul and PL Motors highly enough. A first-class service from a genuinely decent guy. Thanks again, Paul! 👏🚗

I couldn’t be happier with the service Paul and his team provided throughout the entire process of buying my BMW. Paul went above and beyond for me. He even came in on his day off to make sure I could view the car and complete the purchase. Every document and service record was provided, including proof of major work carried out on the vehicle. Nothing was hidden and every question I had was answered honestly. The car itself was exactly as described and is in outstanding condition, both inside and out. It drives beautifully and it is clear that great care has been taken to maintain it. What impressed me most was the extra help after the sale. Paul printed my insurance certificate, explained the paperwork, and even directed me to a Post Office that was open on a Sunday so I could tax the car immediately and drive home with everything fully legal and in order. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had buying a used car. I would highly recommend PL Motors to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and honest, professional service. Thank you again, Paul and the team.

We had a really good experience buying a couple of cars well 3 actually . Really decent fella , very professional and approachable and as it turned out when an unexpected issue did arise he replied to phone calls and WhatsApp’s and sorted the issue , no ifs or buts . The yard is easy accessible only minutes from sandyknowles roundabout off the M2 . There he has a good range of quality cars at hand . Give Paul at PL motors a try

Bought an Audi A6 off Paul a few weeks ago, great guy to deal with. Couldn’t make it on the Saturday to see the car so he arranged for me to come over on the Sunday on his day off. Went above and beyond for me in purchasing the car, still over the moon with it, especially the alloys which he had refurbished and are mint 👌.. Thanks again, will definitely be back, can’t recommend enough 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We stopped by on our way from Dublin to Ballyclare to look at a used Kia Soul, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Paul is an absolute professional, and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming—it felt more like a chat between friends than a stiff business deal. After a test drive we closed the deal with a simple handshake. Paul delivered the car to us the following day. We’ve come over from Germany and wanted a small car for our holiday home—we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
