I had a poor experience with the dealership as the car I had bought from Auto Source Belfast (PMG Cars) had to be returned due to faults after a week, and have had to go through Small Claims Court to get back the deposit I had initially put down. I have thankfully received my money back with apologies (better late than never), however it has taken the guts of 3 months and a lot of time and stress to do so. I normally do not write reviews (positive or negative) as I prefer to move forward after bad experiences, but this caused a lot of stress dealing with legal documents etc and I would rather let others know of my own experience so they can make a more informed decision about the business for themselves.

I bought an Audi A3 with 50K miles and I am really happy with it. The car does everything Philip said it would and it was a genuine find. Philip made the entire process easy in a relaxed environment that was warm and welcoming. The car was due an oil change some weeks after I bought it and he arranged this with no fuss quickly and efficiently. I would have no problem in recommending him to anyone in the future and I have already sent two friends to his showroom. Well done for excellent service Philip.

Recently bought a renault scenic from philip and 3 weeks later it has packed in.I called him this morning and in fairness he did send someone over to look at the car but he only started the car up and suggested I call the boss? I have spent the whole day calling the office,mobile number and evemtually sent an email and text with no response. Having read some of the messages on here I am naturally concerned about what type of service to expect but have already contacted the consumer advice council and will also seek legal advice if I receive unfair treatment. I will be happy to post a positive review on here if the company fulfil their obligation and either fix the car to the acceptable standard or take the car back if they can’t. I should add that they sold me the car with 12 months mot which they say they prepared the car for and the car was sold with a 3 month warranty. My one star review is in response to the lack of communication I have received so far which hopefully will improve or I fear my next step will be the small claims court demanding a refund.

We bought a car from these guys, in February had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Stephen is a nice guy and easy to deal with, Phillip on the other hand is a menace and I would avoid at all cost. Long story short bought a car for £1850 in February 2020 and it has been in to the garage 7 times so far and still isn't fixed, when I asked Phillip about this he told me I had bought a cheap car so what do I expect. Now I understand that second hand cars have issues but this is beyond a joke. On top of other problems the car has now developed a squeak.
