Received a warm welcome in arrival especially at 730 in the morning.Mo kept me up to date on how things where progressing & confirmed I could have my car back the same day which was ideal as I had traveled over a hour to get there. The reception ladies where fantastic with supplying me with tea & their amazing shortbread which I may say is the best I ever tasted. Pity the my don't sell the shortbread down in Enniskillen as I would be there best customer. When finished I received 100% clean car - washed & vacuum which I believe is great as it shows the look of your car is important both inside & out.

Great experience getting yet another new Audi e-tron from Belfast/Portadown Audi. The whole process was smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. The easiest transaction I’ve ever experienced. David William made everything so simple; he was extremely professional and treated me very well. I first contacted him on Friday morning and drove out in my new Q5 on Tuesday morning. I couldn’t recommend him or Audi, Portadown highly enough.

The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The showroom is spotless; the bathrooms likewise. However, you missed a trick here. I indicated from the offset that we were looking to change our car for another Audi. I was very specific in explaining that there was an issue with the airbag light - it needs a new sensor under the driver's seat. I also said, honestly, that if the car was taken care of, I wouldn't pass you when coming to change the car. I was told the car would be ready by 3pm because I had another appointment at 3.15pm. Not wanting to waste a day hanging around Portadown, I had a car collect me. I was at the showroom at 7.30, and home by around 10am. I wasn't long home when I got a call to say the car was ready. The Audi Cam and report were detailed and thorough - the staff always lovely. But why call me to flag an airbag light that you already knew the cause of, to tell me it would be £150 to check for and then £200 an hour to fix?! I understand the footprint, the staffing, the energy bills etc, etc., but I'm not stupid either. Stick in a new sensor, put the light off, and hey presto! Another thoroughly satisfied client who will be back in in a week or two to get a new car. Trick missed guys. Plus, I then received 3 separate calls from 3 different sales agents asking about my new car enquiry! So it might be an idea to have the left arm communicate with the right. Overall, great people, lovely showroom, immaculate service too. However, while you no doubt sell a lot of high-end kit to high-end people, you might want to consider the analogy of a pub... It's not the 'once every year champagne - buying client that pays the bills. It's the regular, loyal, beer and chaser customer. Only a thought! Thank you for the experience though. I would definitely suggest a little more 'wheeling and dealing'!
