Prentice Group used cars in Craigavon

Fergal who sold me my x5 was a total gentleman. no pressure. Explained everything and had patience with me. And to rachel for finalising everything and sorting the extended warranty and service package. A lot to be said for a professional. Family run business thanks GG FROM MOIRA

A big shout out to the guys at Prentice ..Colin ,Ian & Keith and not forgetting Robbie and pick up boys. Got to know them all fairly well these past few months, Bought a lovely 220 a few months back a few issues with her hopefully now ironed out. Not the fault of Prentice I will add a BMW issue,. They've looked after me so well providing courtesy cars and delivering them up and down the road when needed, certainly helps keeping you mobile. Would not hesitate in recommending Prentice and i certainly will return when I change again.

Excellent friendly service from the people in Prentice Portadown. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and snacks . Fixed price servicing is the successful key to a stress free experience. It takes the uncertainty out of getting work done on your vehicle to have phoned up beforehand and be aware of the costs .

Another successful repeat visit to Prentice BMW in Portadown when I purchased my X3 M50. The staff as you enter the showroom are friendly, professional with the personal approach and over the years only gets better. My dealing during the final selection was another great experience, with car selected, test drive and negotiations completed, a hand shake with Stephen and Contract executed. This was thanks to the personal attention of Stephen who I have purchased many BMW’s previously. Thanks to all the Team in Portadown who maybe this happen!!!

Our experience was excellent Mark was really professional knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. I absolutely love my Mini & would definitely buy from Prentice Portadown from Mark again .
