Renault Portadown Shelbourne Motors used cars in Craigavon

I purchased my Renault Captur of Shelbourne Motors and the sales person was Ashley Steenson. I was advised to ask for Ashley and no wonder; his attitude, his personality, his patience and his whole mannerism set me at ease the moment I sat down to talk with him. He answered any questions I had, he didn't push me in any way to buying the car. He took full control of everything in changing the car. Honestly, I never met the man before and he was fantastic. I am so delighted with the new Renault Captur and it being a Petrol / Full.Hybrid, it is right down my street. Top marks for the Renault Car and of course Ashley. George (A delighted customer)

David OCallaghan from the Portadown branch helped us purchase our new renault symbioz! He advised us of everything we needed to know, any upgrades that were available, all the colour ways, approximate time frame. He was so personable and did not force the sale on us in anyway which we loved even more! He talked to us on a personal yet professional level and kept in contact throughout the whole process, updating us on car arrival. On day of collection David took the time to go through all the features the car has to offer - we are still in amazement that this is our car, in my words “these things will be flying next”. The car has do many unreal features, we absolutely love it! We have named her Shelley after Shelbourne Motors😎🤣🤣🤣 Thank you again David for all your help and 10/10 service - Danielle, Ryan & Patricia

We purchased or Dacia Bigster Extreme from Shelbourne Portadown and the process from walking in to delivery of our new car was really easy and unstressed. Everything was explained and time taken to ensure we were happy and indeed my many questions were answered. Josh (Mallon), in sales was very helpful, and went through all the process of purchase without any pressure on us. Between decision to buy, choosing the vehicle and waiting on delivery, Josh stayed in touch by phone and email to ensure all went to plan. Our first new car in 30 years and overall a stress free experience.Really enjoying our new car!

This was my first time purchasing a car from Shelbourne Motors and Ashley was excellent for the entire process. The process was hassle free and the level of customer service was fantastic. Everything that he said would be done was completed to the highest standard. Ashley mad the whole experience effortless and worthwhile. I would highly recommend Ashley again for buying a new car.

Excellent experience from start to finish and I can’t speak highly enough of David. From the very first enquiry, he was approachable, professional and incredibly responsive, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Although David wouldn’t have known this, I had initially been in contact with another dealership. It was his quick replies, clear communication and genuine attention to detail that completely set him apart and made my decision an easy one. As I hadn’t physically seen the car until delivery, it could easily have been a stressful purchase. However, David was so clear, reassuring and thorough throughout — providing detailed videos and always being able to answer any questions — that I felt completely confident and supported at every stage. The car was exactly as described and prepared to a very high standard. Thanks to David, what could have been a stressful experience was actually very smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer.
