Roadside Mazda used cars in Lisburn

Roadside Motors Lisburn are just fantastic to deal with. Professional, friendly, helpful and I have to say go above and beyond in service...a rare thing these days! So it's 5 stars from me for the purchase of my car but very importantly the customer service after sales 🌟 There's more I could say but I'll keep it short and say: purchase your next car from this top notch team, have confidence that even after purchase, this team will look after you and other dealers take note 🙌❤️

Took Mazda to them ,which was bought and serviced elsewhere. Identified 2 faults with the car which they sorted . Despite being over 5 years old and well out of warranty, they were able to negotiate with Mazda to have one of the repairs covered under warranty. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Efficient service and fair value. Car driving way better now than when we bought it from another Mazda dealer 2 years ago.

Had a great experience from start to finish dealing with Stephen, a real gentleman. I travelled up from ROI and everything was made so easy. Any questions were answered and Stephen was very helpful, responsive and accomodating, even down to following up on a few items post sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business. Thanks again!

Bought a beautiful Audi just leading up to Christmas from Stephen at Roadside Mazda in Lisburn. Fantastic service from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to provide a super first class buying experience. The car is stunning and everything they said it was. Relaxed environment at the dealership, everyone friendly and very helpful. Stephen whom I dealt with was an absolute gem. A true gentleman, made everything easy and simple with a relaxed buying experience, got the full walk round of the car, he gave me a detailed run through of the car and it's history. Very helpful and I felt totally at ease. He kept in regular contact and kept me up to date with the car getting prepped. Stephen made the whole experience so easy and completely stress free, I really liked and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere they all give to thier customers. This is how it should be done 👍 They went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a first class service, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thankyou to everyone at Roadside Motors who had a hand in helping with my new car, making this the best buying experience and customer care experience I've ever had. Super happy with my car which is just gorgeous. It's reassuring to be in such good hands every step of the way.

Recently bought a white 2016 mx5 1.5 Sport. I'm absolutely delighted with her and having such fun in my wee flying machine. Mark has been so helpful and pleasant all along from viewing the car to purchase. If you've ever watched Pretty Woman... Well as Julia Roberts says. " She corners like she's on rails!!". Just a delight in every way, from Roadside Motors,to getting my wee car. Thanks Mark
