I dealt with Jeremy and a brilliant friendly approach. I bought a car and couldn’t be happier with the whole venture. The car is perfect as Roxforde car sales is.
Unfortunately the car I was viewing just wasn’t right for me in the end however I was extremely impressed and grateful for Ron’s expertise and great customer service. He told us everything I needed to know and didn’t put pressure on me to purchase the car if it wasn’t right. Will definitely be keeping an eye out at roxforde for future cars regardless as if was a stress free process with someone who knows what they are doing.
Just picked my new car at Roxford. Jeremy couldn’t do enough fantastic service from the first phone call kept me updated every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend enough great honest dealer. Highly recommended and great quality of cars.
I bought a Discovery 4 from Roxforde car about 6 or so months ago. The whole process was drama & hassle free. A couple issues crept up with the car & the after service I received was absolutely brilliant. I change my car fairly regularly & I have to say I’ve never experienced customer service like it with any car dealership. Big or small…. I cannot recommend enough. Next time I’m after a car I’ll be straight back. They have something other car sales don’t have. INTEGRITY.
I purchased a nice Jaguar XF from here and I'm very pleased with it. I would definitely buy another car here as it's hassle free. The owner is a Jaguar Land Rover enthusiast so it's a good place to buy one. I kept the Jaguar XF 3.0 V6 diesel for 14 months and around 16K miles and it was one of the best cars I've ever owned. Extremely reliable and only needed a small issue fixing 5 months into ownership so no problem at all. The warranty covered it and no quibble at all. Fixed in a couple of days. I purchased another car here a few weeks ago a Range Rover Sport HSE SDV6. It's very hard to find a good one of these but this one is possibly the cleanest for its age I've ever seen. Done about 2K miles in it so far and never missed a beat so good job lads and many thanks again Jeremy, Ron and Stephen . If you're looking a good luxury motor at an affordable price definitely consider Roxforde.
