I bought a car (Skoda Octavia 2017) from RR Cars just last week, and I’ve had a terrible experience. The seller told me the only issue was high mileage. The very next day, the engine light came on. My mechanic found the engine was leaking oil — a serious issue that had been hidden by the panel under the car and was estimated £3000 to fix. When I contacted RR Cars to report this, they refused to take the car back and have stopped picking my calls. We had traded in our 2008 Chevy for this car, and now they won’t return our car or refund our money. I feel scammed and deceived. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. Selling a dangerously flawed car while pretending it's roadworthy is not just bad business—it’s unethical and disgraceful. Be warned: RR Cars cannot be trusted.
