S M Motors used cars in Ballymoney

Good morning Bought a car from Sid yesterday. My dream car a Ford Mustang. He made the transaction very smooth and it was a pleasure to do business with S M Motors. When looking for any future vehicles will defo give them my first thought.

Picked up an audi today from Sm Motors and the car is in immaculate condition. Sid took the time to deal with any queries I had and was able to get me a really good deal, even taking the time to sort out the MOT for me and helping me finance it. Customer service was excellent and the range and quality of cars they had matched it. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to get down to SM motors.

Can't say enough good things about SM motors, recent purchase was smooth faultless and dealt with professionally and expertly, highly recommend these folks, best I've encountered. Wanted to add some more praise, especially for Sid. He made the purchase of my wife's new mercedes an absolute pleasure, he went above and beyond getting the vehicle, serviced prepped and even attended to optional extras (sat navs). Bought a MK2 seat leon 2.0tdi reference model from SM motors in August last year, before i bought it, it required a new wheel bearing and a service. Few days later repairs were complete and i received the car. After that it's been nothing but problems. Tandem pump was leaking fuel, was taken back and repaired and everything went fine until a few months ago. I was told a new turbo had been fitted or at least i expected a "reconditioned" as most are before i received the car. In less than a year i have replaced standard wear and tear components such as breaks tyres and springs, droplinks etc nothing to really worry about but.... The internal fan has melted the fuse box and needs a new internal box replacement which is big money, not much use when i have a 7 month old in the car in hot weather with no fans or ac- I had to replace the timing belt water pump and alternator belt within the first 7k miles of buying the car. The water pump was leaking, rusted and belt was ready to snap. I also had to replace the "new" turbo this week which was never installed. If you would like to rectify these issues don't hesitate to contact me as i'm still paying for a car with false repairs when purchased. Pictures attached to prove the work done to timing belt and the "new" turbo that was fitted is no where near in condition for 7k miles. It's the factory turbo.
