S McAfee & Son used cars in Ballymena

Courteous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable service. You leave feeling that your needs and wishes have been met when buying a car from S McAfee. The presentation of the vehicle is excellent, and the price is always fair.

Outstanding Service – Truly Above and Beyond I can’t rate McAfee’s highly enough. I’d rung several garages and gearbox specialists about an issue with my 1973 Opel Manta automatic, and every single one said no before even seeing it. When I called McAfee’s, Victor told me to bring it in and reassured me that if they couldn’t fix it themselves, they’d likely know someone who could. I dropped the car off this morning, and by 5pm I got a call saying it was all sorted. I was genuinely amazed. To find a garage willing to take on a classic like this—let alone fix it the same day—is incredibly rare. The staff are brilliant, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. Their willingness to help and their expertise made the whole experience stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend McAfee’s to anyone. Truly exceptional service.

Came in,made to feel very welcomed! Listened and helped! Super service all over

Excellent doesn’t even come close!! The entire team - Victor, Sarah, Nigel and Lisa are friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Their support staff and vehicle technicians have years of experience in the business. From first seeing the advertisement on Used Cars NI to my first enquiry phone call and right up to collecting the car, their attention to detail and communications with me were flawless. I can concur with other reviews - NOTHING was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

I bought a car from Sarah this week. Super efficient, fantastic service and she couldn’t have been more helpful. The buzz around the place speaks for itself. I def won’t be going anywhere else in future! The whole team are so friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.
