S S LOGAN AND SON LTD used cars in Newtownabbey

I am glad to tell S S Logan showroom and service was amazing.2023 I located in Newtownabbey and Am new here .Me and my family need a budget friendly car and we met John (Owner of S S logan). He guide like a Old friend. My first car is MG3 Sport. After One year I purchased a lovely Mercedes in same showroom.Customer care and service was excellent 😍.Now am waiting for my new car MG S9 from same show room.

From the moment my wife and I stepped into SS Logan in Newtownabbey to purchase my new MG HS, I was met with nothing but professionalism and warmth, especially from the John (The Boss) and the amazing sales manager, Margaret (The wife). The entire process was a masterclass in clarity and transparency. Each phase of the purchase was communicated effectively, with all details reconfirmed during my second visit. The customisation options for the MG HS were extensive, yet selecting them was a breeze. What alloys would you like etc. Transferring our own registration to the new vehicle was handled so smoothly, it felt like no hassle at all. Upon delivery, the car was in impeccable condition, spotless and gleaming as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. (It did). Margaret's demonstration of the car's features to my wife was nothing short of mind-blowing. Her ability to explain the advanced technology in a clear, concise, and correct manner made the experience even more impressive. Throughout our interactions, she consistently engaged in personal conversations, ensuring that our family's needs, wants and interests were at the forefront. This family-run business truly understands the value of the 'little extras,' which were provided effortlessly and without additional cost. The entire experience was personalised and it was all about us, the customer. If the quality of the car matches the excellence of the purchasing experience, I am confident I will be more than 110% satisfied. Charles Hurst has some serious competition with these folks. I am looking forward to a lasting relationship and will definitely be referring others. Thank you, SS Logan, for an outstanding car-buying journey!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got a great deal on my MG Car and could not be more pleased

Team really went out of their way today, my car due service and my husband is my driver and unfortunately these past 6mths his health meant he's now on ambulant oxygen so everything has to be as quick as possible, thus morning we arrived booked car in and I enquired as to who was local taxi company so we weren't waiting too long, where upon the gentleman who took my details, walked out of door and headed to next door major station,a mom later he returned and informed me the taxi had just pulled in and was ready for us to get home. The generosity and kind nature will be remembered and I can safely say not all garages give a damn about customers but s .s.logan certainly do.i highly recommend this family business for service, congratulations for your customer relations you could teach others .

Excellent experience with Jonathan and Co. I've waited over a year to post this review to ensure there were no hidden issues with the car I purchased. And I can confirm it has been exactly as described. Excellent! They were super helpful from start to finish with buying the car and I would highly recommend this dealership.
