This has been our best experience ever buying a new car! My husband purchased a new Dacia Duster Hybrid and we were so impressed with the service we received and the car, that the following week we went back to Kaja to purchase a second Electric Dacia Spring Extreme. We went to Shelbourne today to change over our motability car and genuinely had the nicest experience. The salesman we dealt with was Conor McKenna, and he was an absolute joy from start to finish! He was personable, informed and helpful and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. He is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend him to anyone hoping to come in and discuss a new car. Especially if you’re after light hearted craic and someone that will go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you’re after. Abysmal service. Sent us away with unroadworthy tyres. Only advice was that they wouldn't pass the MOT in 2 yrs time. Pulled front camera off the windscreen. Still no idea if they even serviced the car. They sent a video but you can't hear the guy and he must only have 30 secs to go around the whole car. Useless. Awful dealership. Non existent customer service.

Collected my new Datica sandero stepway Expression 1.0 from Sherborne Moters , and im delighted! I've had the car for three weeks now ,and the more i drive it, the more impressed I am . It's packed with clever technology, excellent safety features, and a brilliant rear-view camera . ( dramatically reduced the number of spectators on my parking skills ) A special mention must go to Mark McGuigan ( and i sincerely hope I've spelled your name correctly, Mark!) Who guided me through every feature with patience, expertise ,and good humor . His explanation of the cars algorithms was thorough. And easy to understand. Mark also explained how the camra mounted inside the front windscreen works with the car's clever algorithms, monitoring what's happening on the road and helping the vehicle's safety systems make smart decisions .it was fascinating to learn how technology is working behind the scenes to help keep drivers safe . Mark has a real talent for turning complex technology into plain English ,making sure I left knowing exactly how all the smart systems work together to help keep me safe on the roads . This is my third Dacia from Sherborne Motors , and once again the service has been exceptional from start to finish .if you're looking for a new car and someone who can explain algorithms without causing a headache, Mark McGuigan is your man!
