Shelbourne Motors Portadown used cars in Craigavon

Myself my husband and our 3 young children went to Shelbourne Motors Portadown in search of a new car last week. We landed in the evening with no test drive or any appointment booked. We were immediately greeted very warmly by the manager David, who kindly talked us through the vehicle options. We were interested in the Dacia Bigster for space and comfort as we have 3 car seats to fit in the back. We discussed a few options and he handed us over to one of the Sales team, David O'Callaghan. David was so pleasant and friendly, and took care of us so well. He was so kind and patient waiting for my husband to install and test out the 3 car seats in the Dacia Bigster for a test drive. I test drove with our 3 children in the back and accompanied by David. David couldn't have been a better salesman, his customer service was 5 star, and he ensured every last detail was taken care of before we left late that evening. He was the last member of the team to go home, he couldn't have done enough for us. He offered us a great deal with a trade in for our old car for a brand new Dacia Bigster. We couldn't be happier. We collected our New Bigster on Monday and we are over the moon! 😁 I would 100% recommend Shelbourne Motors and David O'Callaghan to anyone. Their customer service is outstanding, so friendly, warm and welcoming, and they have a great selection of vehicles and Finance options. Thank you to all the staff and David! 😁

Completely awful experience, we were treated with complete disrespect by Alex! We were looking at a specific car waiting for a test drive in a car! asked to wait why Alex had to go serve other customers who bought a car, so we were understanding and patient! However, while waiting in the car for a 2nd time for Alex then ignored us and went to deal with another customer! Treated with disrespect and completely ignorant customer service! They’ve lost an expensive sale and I can’t believe a paying customer was treated like that! You need to sort out your customer experience and give training to your staff to service the customer you’re with!

Bought my 2024 Nissan Qashqai Tekna in April 26 from Shellbourne motors in Portadown. Glenn Doran was brilliant from start to finish in purchasing my new car and trading in my previous vehicle. Two weeks ago I took delivery of my new Nissan Qashqai ePower from Shelbourne Motors, Portadown. I traded in my previous Nissan at the same time and, working with Peter Baxter, found the process, and the two transactions, to be efficient, stress-free and very fair. I drove away in my new car in less than 3 weeks from my first visit. I am from the Greater Belfast area, but have had some irritating experiences and 'hard selling' in trying to negotiate with the 'big dealerships, so decided to give a 'country' dealership a try. From the moment I entered Shelbourne Motors, and was greeted by Peter, the journey to my new car was a smooth and pleasant one. Peter took me through the entire process in a supportive way, providing assurance and information, as and when required. I recently bought an EV from Shelbourne Motors to bring down to Dublin. Having contacted a number of dealerships about NI registered cars, Shelbourne were the fastest to reply and best to deal with. From the outset, Erin Vogan was always very efficient with her communications, sending through a number of videos of the car and answering any email queries the same day, as well as checking in wth phone calls - when she was off for a day Conall was on hand to keep the ball rolling. I was so happy with the quality of service that I was confident enough to buy the car without viewing it in person. 4 weeks later I couldn't be happier, car was, as described, spotless, and got a follow up call from Erin recently to make sure everything was going ok. Happy to recommend Shelbourne Motors as a fantastic dealer to work with to take advantage of the great value EV's available in NI.
