An excellent experience! I collected my first electric car this week and I am delighted with the advice and assistance given by Jack, Toyota Sales. On my two previous visits to first browse and then order my new car, I was impressed with how great the spacious and bright Toyota showroom looks...car purchasing should make everyone excited! I had a lovely greeting from Sarah each time, something many car retailers would do well to follow. This made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to browse and seek sales advice. Sarah also makes a 'mean' cuppa! I was impressed with the toilet facilities and the service area, set aside from the many body of the showroom. The seating is comfortable and if I had had to wait for any length of time, I would have been content to watch the screens or to read. I am very thankful to Jack for helping me to select the model of ev suitable for my needs. He is very pleasant and helpful, and I would highly recommend him for future sales, should family or friends be thinking of a car purchase.
