Signature Cars of Portadown used cars in Armagh

With only £2500 to find a decent car with some warranty i came across a BMW 320d on Signature Cars website. A quick call, spoke to John who answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. An hour later i was driving home in a beautiful bmw. Iv travelled over 2000 miles this month due to work and its been a dream to drive. A big thank you to John & the rest of the team at Signature Cars. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

Purchased a 2009 Volvo C30 last week. Imram was great to deal with. No pressure and very relaxed purchase. They swapped out the old battery, took it for 12 month MOT and added a 3 month warranty. I’ll defiantly start with Signature for my next car even though quite a distance from my home. Worth the drive. Thanks guys!

It is refreshing to find a car dealer that puts customers first. They actually want to sell you a car at a sensible price. Purchased a Fiesta recently which was given a new MOT, thorough service in which the timing belt was inspected and replaced and an optional comprehensive 6 month warranty. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience and I have every confidence, if any issues arise they will be resolved with professionalism from Imran and Adam.

After my daughter paying a deposit and being promised the car would be ready a week later, it needed some mechanical and superficial problems sorted, the car wasn't ready, then on a subsequent 4 different dates and a month of waiting it still wasn't ready. Imran agreed to repay the deposit, which still hasn't been done, despite numerous emails, messages in the website, WhatsApp messages and phone calls, many of which then gave more excuses of people with COVID, heart attacks, and other ailments for reasons why the money wasn't returned. Let's just say it is now apparent that court action will be necessary to recover the funds after all other avenues have now been exhausted and there is no communication from Imran to rectify the situation.

Would give zero if it was an option. 1 star – vehicle never delivered and refund took almost 3 weeks of chasing. My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. I placed an order for a vehicle after being told it would be delivered in around 6 weeks. After waiting over 8 weeks, the vehicle had still not arrived and I was given several different explanations about the delay by different members of staff. After more than 7 weeks had passed without delivery, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told the money would be returned the following day, however this did not happen. It then took nearly three weeks of repeated calls and messages before the full refund was received. During this time a number of calls were not returned and some WhatsApp messages were read but not responded to. The refund was eventually paid in stages rather than all at once: £2,000 first, followed by £1,000 a week later, another £1,000 three days later, and the final £1,000 three days after that. On several occasions I was told the payment would arrive “the next day” or at a specific time, which did not always happen. Because of the delays and difficulty recovering the refund, I contacted Trading Standards and sought legal advice while trying to resolve the situation. For transparency, I am a genuine customer from Belfast and I have retained records of communication throughout the process, including messages and phone calls. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering using this dealership ensure that timelines and payment arrangements are clearly documented before proceeding.
