SMV Motors used cars in Lisburn

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen at SMV motors, purchasing my new car. From the test drive to the handover everything was dealt with professionally and promptly even on a bank hoilday. Highly recommend SMV thank you Stephen it was a pleasure ☺️

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from SMV Motors. Stephen was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process without any pressure. The car was exactly as advertised, clean, and in excellent condition. Pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprises along the way. The paperwork was straightforward, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend SMV Motors, and especially Stephen, to anyone looking for a quality used car and honest service.

Absolutely first class experience. Stephen sourced the exact car that I was looking for. Couldn’t have been a better service, oh and the price was excellent! Thank you SMV Motors

I bought a car from Stephen at SMV in July 2025 which was a very easy and hassle free process. The car was ready on time after receiving a full service, MOT and timing belt and water pump which was all very welcome and helps assure that the car is in great condition. As cars can often do, I ran into an issue over the weekend past. The car was recovered back to SMV where I was communicated with as to what the issue was and when it would be fixed. The car was fixed, under Stephen’s warranty, hassle free and super quick and I was back on the road on Monday afternoon! It is very refreshing to have a dealer stand over the stock in the way Stephen does and I would not hesitate to purchase another vechicle from him and/or highly recommend anyone to do same. Great work and service from all at SMV! Keep up the great work!

Would like to say a massive thank you to the team at SMV Motors - their service was excellent from start to finish. Higgy was brilliant and really friendly, he came straight over when I walked onto their forecourt asking me if I needed help. As I had already spotted the car that I wanted to look at he went and got the keys, turned it on for me then left me for 5 mins to have a look around on my own. He then came back over and asked if I wanted a test drive. Just a really nice guy who wasn't pushy with trying to sell the car. I picked the car up a week later and this time dealt with Stephen, again fantastic service, he brought me through to see the car to make sure I was happy with it before I completed payment. The guys in the garage spoke to me as well and were friendly too. Once payment was completed Stephen took me out to the car and showed me through all the controls before I left. I would describe my experience as fast, easy and stress free which is how buying a car should be. Well done everyone 👏
