Tesla Centre and Collection Point Belfast used cars in Belfast

I’ve recently had fantastic service from this SC after my car developed a charging issue whilst I was visiting Northern Ireland on my way to a family holiday in Corfu! After filling in a service request in the app they were able to accept the car within a couple of days…which is unheard of at my local SC ! I had to leave for Corfu with no idea what was happening with my car but they had it fixed in no time and were able to store the car for me for a couple of days whilst i organised a family member to collect. The family member had never driven an EV before but Nick was fantastic instructing on its use and the car was waiting for me fully charged on my return. All communication was fantastic throughout which is so often not the case with other Tesla service centres. Thank you again 🙌

Having only owned a Tesla from November 2025 (from a 3rd party car dealership) I did not know what to expect when dealing with Tesla themselves. I couldn't be more delighted with the service that I received from Nick, Emma, John and the team at Boucher Rd. Everything was done over the app - they knew immediately what the issue was with my car before I even brought it over. A courtesy car was very graciously offered so my weekly travels to Dublin were not impeded. Consistent updates as the procurement of the parts was handled on their end. Every and all requests I made (in addition to what the car was already in for) were met with open arms and non-issue responses. Everything that could have been done for me was and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. My first Tesla... certainly won't be my last. Many thanks to the crew in Tesla Belfast for the streamlined and stellar service.

Shout out to Tyler, Conor and David for going over and beyond to get me my new Tesla Y, I couldn't be more happy and everything was flawless, they made the whole process smooth and stress free. As Carlsberg would say, Probably the best Car sales advisors in the world! Keep up the good work lads, your a credit to Tesla

I can’t recommend the Tesla Belfast team highly enough. A massive thanks to Tyler and the wider team for their incredible support throughout the entire process. I’ve popped into the showroom a few times now to double-check the process and get another look at the car while I wait, and the team has been nothing but welcoming every single time. Their constant assistance and assurance regarding the revised delivery dates has made a prolonged wait manageable. (Any week now :) ) If you want a team that actually communicates and looks after you, this is the place to go!

Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. For servicing, free WiFi, free office space to work at while waiting, tea, coffee and water. Pretty amazing. Only downside is they don’t Valet your car
