I had a really good experience buying my car from The Car Company. From the start, Charles was easy to talk to and just felt genuine, which made the whole process a lot more comfortable. He was quick to send videos and photos of the car and took the time to explain everything properly, even pointing out the small details. I never felt any pressure at all, which honestly made a big difference. Communication was great the whole way through and he was always happy to answer my questions. Everything just felt straightforward and honest, which is exactly what you want when buying a car. Overall it was a smooth and stress free experience and I’m really happy with the car. I would definitely recommend.

I have dealt with Charles for many many years his knowledge and expertise is really first class, I find trust is very hard to find when dealing in the second hand car market , you will definitely not have any issues with Charles he would rather not sell you a car unless you where completely happy. Unfortunately with the bigger companies out there which are very much target and sales driven this is a very different experience indeed!
