The Country Garage BMW used cars in Ballymena

I’ve never wrote a review on a car dealership until now but considering the experience I had at the bmw country garage I thought I had too……. From the moment we walked in the showroom door we could feel the genuine friendly reception we received…. 100% professional team in every department and no pressure to buy …. The used bmw I took a test drive and bought from Ryan the sales executive who answered all that I had to ask about the purchase with good detail was immaculate exterior and interior on collection with a full detailed tuition on all the modern features and controls especially the bmw idrive system which personally I find brilliant…. I’d never been in the country garage before and it’s my first bmw car so I can honestly say it’s the best experience of buying a car I’ve ever had and providing I keep my health won’t be the last from the country garage…. If you’re considering a bmw new or used for your next purchase check these guys out you won’t be disappointed…. I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years now and nothing comes close to the great experience I had at the country garage BMW dealership…. First class in every department and more importantly….. honest🙂

Very poor service from the service department. Communication was poor throughout, and the car was repeatedly left sitting outside the workshop for days before any work was started. On one occasion, it was booked in but simply sat outside the workshop for seven days before any repairs began and also kept hold of the car for an unreasonably long time and damaged it on multiple occasions while it was in their care. Not sure what’s changed, but this dealership is not what it used to be. The level of service was mediocre at best and well below what should be expected from a BMW dealer.

First time buying of BMW Country Garage. After speaking with Peter McWhirter through the phone such a gentleman professional service. He had so much patience with me as he let me test drive as long as i like. All the staff are so nice and professional. My little girl dropped the sugar in the sitting area and smashed it by accident. The lady was very helpful in sorting it out i didn't get her name anyway many thanks to her such a lovely lady.On the day of collecting the car i met a gentleman Roger he explained to me how the functions in the car worked another gentleman.I must say such a patient gentleman.Lastly my little girl would like to say thank you for her blue BMW toy car she got with the purchase of the car she is really enjoying it.Anyone looking to buy a BMW ask for Peter McWhirter highly recommended from this dealership.I even got a phone call yesterday to see if i had any problems with the car after i had it a few days i have never got that from any dealership.A nice touch especially after the sale of the car.

Was at the garage for a recall on my wife's bmw. Staff were very greeting and courteous. Needless to say the showroom was spotless. After checking in I was taken to there very own Barista bar. Offered coffee / tea. Biscuits, scones, soft seats and a TV to watch. Very much customer focused.

I have been dealing with the Country Garage for about thirty years now, and I couldn't recommend the team enough. Jim McIIwain is an absolute gentleman, and of course Paul Diamond who is extremely efficient, Roger (The Brain) who is an absolute wizard in software and Michael Simpson the finance Manager who has the patience of a saint. The four gentlemen are so helpful, and incredibly professional to make sure that the buying, selling and aftercare goes smoothly. Thank you guys for all your help and kindness over the years. Warm regards Tara
