Nothing was ever an issue for him—he sorted everything with ease and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His customer care was outstanding, and nothing ever seemed like too much bother. ⭐ 1 star I would not normally leave a negative review, but I feel it is fair to share my experience! I purchased a BMW X3 and, within a couple of weeks, noticed that the both tail lights were sticking out. I returned to the dealership to raise the issue and was told that I must have caused it myself and that the vehicle was not like that when it left the dealership. I asked whether they could provide evidence of this and was told they indeed would not. I requested some photos that would prove that the issue wasnt existent when the vehicle was purchased, which would clear up the query. To be told again- “Indeed I will not send photos.” The vehicle was sold with a 3-month warranty, but I was told this issue was not covered. What disappointed me most was how the matter was handled. The manner at the point of sale was very different to the way I was spoken to when I returned with a problem. As I was still within 30 days of purchase, I explained that I would be seeking legal advice and was simply told, “Do what you want.” I chose to buy locally because I wanted to support a local business, so this has been a very disappointing experience. I am still waiting for a proper response and have now decided to deal only with the matter through my solicitor. For anyone considering buying here, I would recommend making sure you are completely clear about the warranty, what is covered, and how any problems after purchase will be handled!!!!

Was looking for a Kodiaq while browsing cars came across a stunning blue one ,call the dealer was given a good description and welcomed to call and take it for a test drive, on arrival was shown the car any questions I posed were answered and full service history and paperwork was produced and test drive taken. I agree to purchase the car, Wilson agreed to hold the car for a few days due to issues with my trade in he was happy to hold the car longer until it was sorted. Had the car a week it developed a battery fault contacted Wilson had a chat he said to call him back I didn't but he rang me and asked how I got on ,as I hadn't got it sorted he asked me to call up to them he checked the battery and replaced it FOC as I only had the car a week. I would recommend a visit to their premises to anyone and a great selection of vehicles for sale at a fair price and no pressure selling.Thanks again guys George.

Excellent experience at Thompson auto, came to look and then went to purchase an Alfa Romeo they got in as a trade. Top quality car with no major issues, few aged related problems but nothing too serious and easily fixed. Got the car at a good price with no hidden fees and drove away same day. Wilson was extremely helpful, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Car has been looked after through the years and full service history. 5+ experience 🤝🏼
